These circus style hula hoops are made using our lightweight, durable polypro tubing and taped with heat resistant vinyl tape which is more suitable for practicing fire with. These hoops are loved for their circus style appearance and comparability with fire wicks! 

This tape offers some heat resistance which gives your hoop protection while using fire wicks.

Correct fire safety should always still be practiced when fire spinning including making sure flames do not directly touch your hoop for an extended time in order to protect your hoop from damage. If unsure about fire safety for fire spinning please speak with a professional.
