If you're ready to level-up your hula hooping and wondering how to challenge yourself fire-hooping might be the right move for you! Find everything you need to get started right here; select from fire-compatible hula hoops and detachable fire wicks.

For fire hooping use hoops that are either un-taped or wrapped in vinyl tape. this means you can use any of our untaped intermediate polypro hoops, but if you're saving your best performance hoops for the stage, or just starting your journey in fire spinning, you might be better off with one of our fire-friendly Black Cat Collection.

We recommend starting with at least three fire wicks, for balance, but you can add three, four, five or six wicks to your hula hoop and get extra-fiery! Wicks are super easy to attach and detach, all you need is a flathead screwdriver (a butter knife does the trick too!)
