We offer an epic 2 month warranty on our hoop tubing and components! This means that if your hula hoop breaks during sensible use* Unfortunately this does not cover hula hoop tape as damage may naturally occur through wear & tear. To best care for your tape please follow our care guidelines!
We can not accept returns of used hula hoops for reasons other than manufacture /component error. If you change your mind about which hoop you would like, it must be returned un-used otherwise we are unable to exchange or refund. We may however, offer you virtual hugs. If your hoop is returned or exchanged for your own personal reasons we may be unable to refund postage. Please select your hoop carefully, we offer a range of hoops to suit different needs! If you are un-sure after reading the info about our hoops, please contact us and we will see if we can help you make your decision.
*sensible use does not include lending your hula hoop to drunk people, taking it into space, running it over with a vehicle of any kind, trying to pick your nose with it etc. Sensible use means using only to hula hoop dance.
