Our fitness Power Hoops are loved for their weighted HDPE tubing and fun colour choices. The Sparkle hula hoops feature professional grade grip tape which assists the hoop to grip to the body and clothing easier, and high-shine glitter tape- meaning more time sparkling and less time dropping it!
We have carefully selected an optimal weight for our fitness hula hoops which enables maximum core engagement and lengthy practice without leading to discomfort or bruising. Our standard size 38 inch hoops weigh approximately 450g, which is almost double the weight of our dance hoops. Smaller sizes may weigh just under this and larger sizes a little over due to the length of tubing.
All of our hoops are travel hoops! This means they can coil down to half of their size for easy travel: for festivals, road trips, camping, flying etc.
Using fitness hoops regularly can have great core-toning results as well as increasing and maintaining great mobility for the hips, and overall stability. This is a fun way to exercise with limitless options to get creative with your hoop fitness routine, with no impact (get for those of us with dodgy knees!)
For beginners we recommend a 38 inch Hoop. However, we do have other size options to suit those who are particularly small or tall or just have another preference! Check out our sizing chart if you are still unsure on what size you would like.
Each of our hoops are made-to-order. Because of this, please allow 2-5 days for your hoops to be created Shipping takes an average time of 1-3 days.
